Last Saturday my wife daughter and I drove from Virginia to Charlotte to look at some flutes at your store. After spending almost 2 hours with Ms. Smith, we decided to purchase our flute from JL Smith. In addition to her knowledge, Natalie was patient with our daughter and helped make the process very easy. My wife and I are not aficionados when it comes to music. This is a significant purchase and we wanted to make sure we made the best decision for our daughter. With help from Natalie I am confident that our investment was a good one.
I wanted to let you know what a positive experience we had with Natalie. While it may not be for a few years, we will come back to JL Smith should we want to purchase another flute. Thank you, Liz, for suggesting for me to try the Sankyo 5K. I have been playing only Haynes’ for the past 23 years and didn’t think anything would beat the sound of a Haynes. I could not believe the sound I was able to get out of the Sankyo 5K. I am completely sold on it!

Thank you so much for making it so easy to get some flutes for Kellie to try. They arrived on Friday as promised; Kellie was staying at her aunt’s for a week and arrived home on Sunday afternoon and tried them for a long time. She is already developing a favorite, but we will reserve our actual decision for after she meets with her flute instructor on Tuesday. I have to commend you and your colleagues for the way you conduct business. I really appreciated your helpfulness on the phone, the booklet you sent, and your e-mail contacts.
